Register to watch the replay - a one hour panel discussion that explores:

  • How customer intelligence across the organization has become the most decisive factor to successful digital transformation

  • How AI and machine learning offer the greatest opportunity for winning customer loyalty and market share

  • How innovative brands achieved increased customer lifetime value & financial value by enabling enhanced unified customer data approach

Demand for outstanding customer service and flawless digital experiences is driving change in the retail industry. Shoppers are accustomed to getting their “first-choice” product with the click of a button and having access to “endless aisles” of e-commerce.

At the same time, retailers around the world are under increasing pressure to improve operational efficiencies and free talent to focus on areas of innovation, while trying to maintain and improve brand relevance. Consumers seeking more self-service and online options are leading retailers to adopt more mobile applications, chat bots and new virtual services.

Replacing the brick-and-mortar store with a digital experience offers more convenience and value for the customer but requires focused efforts across the organization and into the supply chain. As the lines between digital and physical shopping experiences blur, retailers need to make sure to be agile and responsive to customer needs with branded touchpoints at all parts of the buying journey.

In this session, we will feature industry & marketing thought leaders who will share their perspectives on how customer intelligence across the organization has become crucial to successful digital transformation and dive into why AI and machine learning offer the greatest opportunity for winning customer loyalty and market share.
