I’ve lost count of how many Online Retailer Conference & Expo events I’ve attended, but know it was great to again be there this week, connecting with ecommerce friends, in what is a critical year for the industry. Always fantastic to see the energy in the room, and from those that visited our team on the Intuit Mailchimp stand across both days, with the team running hands-on demos and having some great conversations.

Another fantastic Online Retailer Conference & Expo in the books. It was great meeting so many ambitious business owners and eCommerce brands, learning about the challenges they’re navigating, and exploring how AI and digital marketing can help unlock their next stage of growth.

What a great couple of days at Online Retailer Conference & Expo! A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by the Kudosity stand. It was great meeting so many retailers, ecommerce brands, partners, and industry professionals, and having conversations about customer engagement, SMS, WhatsApp, automation, and everything in between. One of the best parts of events like this is connecting with people across the industry, sharing ideas, learning from each other’s experiences, and seeing the exciting innovations shaping ecommerce.

It was fantastic catching up with so many of our incredible partners, meeting new faces, and having some great conversations throughout the day. One of the highlights was seeing Karson interview Craig Mildenhall from Kathmandu and hearing the insights they shared on the retail and ecommerce landscape. Events like these are a great reminder of how collaborative and innovative our industry is.

Wowser! Innovation is moving faster than ever… from AI-powered experiences to smarter customer journeys and the technology reshaping commerce, there was no shortage of inspiration at the Online Retailer Conference this week! It’s clear that tech will keep evolving and businesses that will thrive will be the ones that combine innovation with great people, curiosity and most of all the courage to adapt. ,Lots of great conversations, insights, friendly faces and fresh thinking.
