🤝 It’s the biggest event on our industry calendar, and the floor was absolutely buzzing! Loved catching up with some of our favourite clients, retailers about to sign on with Lexer and our awesome partner network.

I dare say that this is the best Online Retailer Conference & Expo yet. What a great turnout - I've had some fantastic conversations with retailers, carriers and tech partners. Plus, seeing the different booth activations is definitely a highlight! 💡

History was made this year!!! 📣 Litecard exhibited for the first time in company history. Not only was it the first time in history for us, but also at the largest ecommerce event in Australia, the Online Retailer Conference & Expo. A massive thank you to all our customers, future customers and partners that took the time to chat with us. We were delighted to see you all and can’t wait to see how we can continue to succeed together.

Just dropped into the Online Retailer Conference 2025 in Sydney. Lots of energy on the floor, and great to see the latest in ecommerce, customer experience, and retail innovation. Plenty of inspiration from both big names and up-and-comers across the spectrum of services. Always a reminder of how fast this space moves.

What a week! Reconnecting with familiar faces and meeting new ones across retailers, ecommerce services, and the broader tech community, driving AI innovation in our industry. For those who know me well, you’ll know I’m often deep in the sessions, developing my own perspective on where technology is heading and this week at Online Retailer Conference & Expo was no exception. Every session and conversation helped shape my perspective on where we’re heading.

Still buzzing from Online Retailer Conference & Expo 2025. It wasn’t just a conference. It was a pulse check on where the ecommerce industry is heading and the conversations we need to be having. But what I loved most was the energy after the session: the stage chats, the audience questions, the real talk with people who aren’t just chasing scale, they want it to feel good, too. My advice is if you attend events like this? Don’t skip the Q&A. Don’t rush to the next session. Hang back. Say hi. Those conversations are where the good stuff lives and often your best next idea, too.
