Sustainable fashion expert Clare Press is Vogue Australia’s Sustainability Editor-at-Large and the presenter of the Wardrobe Crisis podcast. A former Vogue features director and Marie Claire fashion editor, she is currently writing her fourth book, about the future of fashion.
Previous works include Wardrobe Crisis, How We Went from Sunday Best to Fast Fashion, which looks at the fashion industry’s effects on people and planet and has been published in the US and China. Her most recent book, Rise & Resist, How to Change the World (Melbourne University Press) explores activism and the new social and climate justice movements.
Press sits on the Australian advisory board of Fashion Revolution, and is a Global Ambassador for the Ellen MacArthur Foundation’s Make Fashion Circular initiative.
