Carl lives life with a ‘Tigger bounce’. A kid at heart with a keen global business sense, Carl strives to be open in every moment to the extraordinary. He travels the world spreading humor and compassion on stage and in strategic board rooms. He’s committed to living in full expression of his authentic self while being of service. He loves performing improv, spiking the volleyball, skiing with his family, aggressively defending the goal on the pitch and teaching yoga. He is the Managing Director of the Global Retail Insights Network (GRIN), a nonprofit who's mission it is to help brands expand globally, and the co-founder of Project Alive, a compassionate leadership movement focused on helping the next generation of leaders come fully alive at work.
