Nicola is a senior digital marketer and strategist with over 15 years’ digital experience across international markets within the travel, retail, and services industries. A passionate customer champion, she has had P&L responsibility and ownership of eCommerce, digital marketing, content, social, mobile, fulfilment and customer service channels for a number of brands including Jetstar, Forever New, Kathmandu and Quiksilver.
As Manager, Digital Channels at Jetstar, Nicola is responsible for Digital Strategy, Projects, Innovation, CX, UX and UI across all Digital Channels at a Group level. She leads a team of exceptionally talented and driven Product Managers to design and deliver outstanding digital customer experiences to millions of visitors each year, across 21 websites, 14 countries and eight languages.
