Global Director, Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility
Jacquie is a leading Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), sustainability and purpose-led brands thought leader and practitioner. She has held a range of senior executive positions in multinational businesses and is currently a Global Director at consumer goods giant, Kimberly-Clark Corporation, where she has responsibility across Asia Pacific, North and South America and Europe, Middle East and Africa for guiding the development, implementation and communication of Kimberly-Clark’s global sustainability and CSR strategy. Jacquie led the development of a multi-faceted sustainable business strategy for Kimberly-Clark Australia that resulted in the Company being named Leading Large Organisation in Sustainability in the 2013 Banksia Awards and subsequently, winner of the Minister for Environments Cleaner Environment Award in 2014. She has also developed a range of award-winning brand-led sustainability and social impact commercial programs.
Prior to joining Kimberly-Clark in 2011, Jacquie held senior roles at global communications agencies both in Australia and the UK and has consulted to well-known companies including Woolworths, Telstra, Unilever and Nestle, along with leading not-for-profits and government departments. She is a qualified Company Director and sits on the board of Sustainable Business Australia (the Australian network partner for the World Business Council for Sustainable Development) and is a past board director of Forestry Stewardship Council, an international NGO that promotes the responsible management of the world’s forests. Jacquie holds a Master’s Degree in Sustainability from Sydney University, a Graduate Diploma in Social Impact from UNSW and a BA in Communications from Charles Sturt University. Her latest venture is teaching Corporate Responsibility and Accountability to post-graduate students at UNSW’s AGSM Business School.
