For the past ten years, both here and in London, Heath has worked in a variety e-commerce, CRM and digital marketing roles for brands such as Disney, General Motors and most recently The Body Shop.

As well as heading up e-commerce for The Body Shop he also runs the direct selling arm of the business (known as The Body Shop At Home) and is passionate about putting the customer at the heart of everything he and the business does.
