With 15 years’ experience in multichannel retailing, Brendan joined the Cotton On Group in September 2015, charged with driving the future growth of the business’ e-commerce platform.
Hailing from Ireland, Brendan sets his sights on Australia in 2012, where he spent three years working at Wesfarmers leading supermarket brand Coles’ group strategy and transforming its multichannel offering. Prior to this, Brendan spent his career in senior leadership roles in the United Kingdom, where he led the transformation of John Lewis into a multi-channel retailer.
Brendan is responsible for Cotton Group’s eCommerce and it’s recently launched a global multi-brand loyalty scheme, Cotton On & Co Perks. Following a period of significant transformation, the business now operates an integrated multi-brand and multi-channel strategy across Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, US, South Africa and the UK.
This allows customers to shop across online and store, order click & Collect, Home delivery or ‘store to door’ and earn generous rewards across all spend in any channel or brand. Our directly owned channel strategy is complemented by strategic partnerships with destination fashion marketplaces such as ASOS, The Iconic, Namshi and Superbalist.
