Prior to joining The SOL Group, Amy spent 8 years abroad working in some of the world’s most iconic and luxurious hotels, including Burj Al Arab Dubai, The Savoy London, Fairmont Peace Hotel Shanghai, and Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah. Her areas of expertise include customer experience, process management, leadership and training. Amy’s time at The SOL Group has seen her apply her world-class hospitality experience to overhauling the complete user experience, including search, website functionality, checkout process, customer service, dispatch, logistics and delivery, for four websites in The SOL Group portfolio, The Hamper Emporium, Gifts Australia and Everything But Flowers and Men’s Gift Store.
